Playa Coyote, untouched piece of paradise

This uniquely beautiful property is located in Puerto Coyote, 50 m above sealevel (tsunami proof) sith a stunnig Pacific view from Coyote Beach all the way long to the very end of San Miguel Beach. Both homes are fully wheelchair accesible, just as all trails. Paved trails through the forest. The whole property is fully fenced. Perfect to have pets.
Howler monkeys, kinkajous, opposum, squirrls, anteaters and iguanas are living on the property or are at least daily guests.
Fruittrees on the property, such as mango, papaya, banano, tangerine, lime, lemon, guanabana, horseradish, avocado, guava, medlar, passion fruit, chili.
In front of the main house there are different kinds of palmtrees, over 15 different hibiscus, frangipani, ylang ylang and a small lovely medicinal garden,
The next village is 2,5 km away northwesterly from the property: San Francisco de Coyote is a small very provincial locality. In the two small supermarkets, you may find all every days basics. Building material can be bought in the ferreteria and some nice restaurants will love to serve you tipical costarican food as well as european and asian dishes.
The next small town is Jicaral, about 40 km away from the property. You might buy everything important. It counts with a clinica (for first aid issues), bank, post office and farmacies.
Coyote Beach is sort of THE inside tip of the costarican people. The big touristic stuff did not get over to this romantic spot of paradise. The roads are all unpaved but one can easily reach Coyote Beach by 4 x 4 car.

Die 5000 m2 grosse Liegenschaft befindet sich in Puerto Coyote etwa auf 50m über dem Strand von Coyote (Tsunami sicher) mit einer herrlichen Meersicht von Playa Coyote bis ans Ende der Playa San Miguel. Die beiden Häuser sind rollstuhlgängig und ebenso miteinander verbunden. Ein kleiner Wald lädt zum Spazieren ein, ein befestigter Weg führt bis hoch hinauf an die Grundstücksgrenze. Die gesamte Liegenschaft ist komplett eingezäunt. Ideal für Pferde- und Hundehaltung.
Brüllaffen, Wickelbären, Oppossum, Eichhörnchen, Ameisenbären und Leguane wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück oder sind mindestens alltägliche Gäste.
Fruchtbäume auf dem Grundstück: Mango, Papaya, Banane, Platano, Madarine, Limonen, Zitronen, Guanabana, Moringa, Avocado, Guaven, Mispeln, Maracuja, Chili.
Vor dem Haus gibt es Rasen, verschiedene Palmen, über 15 verschiedene Hibiskusarten, Frangipani, Ylang Ylang und ein kleiner, liebevoll angelegter Garten mit Medizinalkräutern.
Das nächste Dorf liegt 2,5 km weiter nordwestlich: San Francisco de Coyote ist eine kleine, sehr ländliche Ortschaft. In den beiden kleinen Supermärkten findet man Basics für den täglichen Bedarf. Baumaterial gibt es in der Eisenwarenhandlung und fürs leibliche Wohl gibt es ein paar Restaurants, die sowohl typisch Costaricanisches als auch europäische und asiatische Kost anbieten.
Die nächste Kleinstadt ist Jicaral, in etwa 40 km erreichbar. Dort gibt es eigentlich ziemlich alles zu kaufen. Dort befindet sich auch eine Clinica (Spital für Erstversorgung), Bank, Post und Apotheken.
Playa Coyote ist der Insidertipp der Einheimischen. Der grosse Tourismus hat diesen idyllischen Fleck noch nicht erreicht und wird es auch in naher Zukunft nicht. Die Strassen sind alle noch nicht befestigt, jedoch mit ganz wenigen Ausnahmen in der Regenzeit jederzeit mit einem 4 x 4 PW befahrbar.
